“十三不靠” – an exhibition in Kunming has upset Xinhua, and apparently the auience by showing hard core pornography (story link in Chinese). Xinhua (nee Skinhua) accuses the artists of grandstanding to attract attention. Seems cultural policy has taken a rightward shift.
