Japanese handicraft artist —— Hiroko Ibuki will cooperate with Plum gallery to hold her first exhibition in China from 20th March to 25th April. During the exhibition, to share the enjoyment of hand-made craft, Hiroko and Plum gallery will host workshop twice a week, on every Thursday and Sunday to teach students making hand-made flower craft, the flowers can be used in any creative ways such as hang bag, accessories and so on.

Hiroko has insisted more than 20 years handwork since her childhood, and hold several times of personal exhibitions in Japan. For the debut in Plum gallery, she uses various ribbon to make the flowers in different styles, and make plum becomes a garden. This creation inspired from her living experience in England, at that moment she found the beauty of hand-made flower craft from 1920s, she was impressed and since then she dives into this art form. In the following years, she keeps improving and innovating new ways to make more beautiful works.

To join workshop:

- Time: Every Thursday from 11:00- 13:00

Every Sunday from 13:00 – 15:00

- Place: Plum Gallery 1F, No 37, 1025 Nanjing Xi Lu, Shanghai, China

- Every course last about 2 hours, and the tuition fee is RMB 200 per one.(Excluding the material cost )

- Every student will get a “welcome gift”, and a drink for free;

3月20日至4月25日，来自日本的手工创作艺术家伊吹広子将与梅子艺廊合作首次在中国举行个人作品展。在展览期间，伊吹老师将协同联合梅子艺廊于每周四和周日定期举行两次手工教室授课，除了手把手教授此次展览的主打之作——手工布艺花朵制作，还将能学到如何将其发展成其他别具创意的生活饰品，希望能有更多的人体会到手工设计和制作的美好。

伊吹已经坚持了20多年的手工创作，并在日本成功地举行了多次个人作品展。此次她采用颜色和款式不同的缎带，制作大小形象各异的手工缎带花朵，旨在老房子里营造春天的花园。这一创作来源于伊吹少女时期随父母移居英国的那段经历，在那里她偶然接触到了上世纪二十年代流行一时的手工布艺花朵制作，着迷之余更潜心研究并不断发展。

伊吹手工教室小贴士：

- 授课时间：每周四 11:00-13:00 每周日 13:00-15:00;

- 授课地点：梅子艺廊，南京西路1025弄静安别墅37号一楼；

- 每次授课为两小时，授课费用为两百元人民币每人次；（不含材料费）

- 每位学员将得到一份欢迎小礼包，每次上课并赠有一杯饮品；

- 请学员自备针线包及剪刀；

3月20日から4月25日の日程で、手芸作家の伊吹広子が作品展を行います。

中国では今回が初となる作品展の期間中には毎週木曜と日曜の週2回、フラワークラフトのワークショップが開かれます。できあがった作品はバックに縫いつけたり、アクセサリーにしたり、自分だけのオリジナルな使い方ができます。手芸の楽しさをぜひ体験してみてください。

講師の伊吹広子は20数年前から創作を始め、日本でも数多くの作品展を行っています。

今回のプラムギャラリーでの作品展には多彩な色やデザインのリボンを使って作られた色とりどりの花があふれます。

これらの作品は、作家自身が幼少時にイギリスに渡り、1920年代に流行したフラワークラフトと出会ったことがきっかけで、研究を重ねて作られたものです。

　老房子にあふれるフラワーガーデンで春の訪れを感じてみてはいかがでしょうか。
